How much up front?
For an ordinary home improvement contract, compare $1,000 with 10% of the price. The smaller amount is the maximum down payment.
Assume no qualifying bond or joint-control exemption. Exclude finance charges.

Which exams is Licensed for?
Licensed currently offers California Class B exam prep, with separate General Building and Law & Business tracks. CSLB determines your individual exam requirements and any waivers. Other license classes are not available yet.
How is this different from a question bank?
The questions sit inside a learning routine: explanations, worked examples, recall, practice, and review. You can study the idea behind an answer, see the reference, and return to topics that need more work.
Do I need to know my exam date?
No. You can start learning before you book. When you have a date, add it to help shape your study schedule. Set aside the time you can realistically give each day.
Is this a subscription?
No. Pay once for 90 or 365 days of course access. Access starts after successful payment and expires at the end of that period. It does not renew automatically. Both options include the same course features.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open app.licensed.app in your phone’s browser. You can also study on a tablet or computer. No download is required.
